I cry a lot. I cry when I’m so frustrated that I can’t handle. I cry when I’m raging. I cry when I have my period. I cry when I laugh so hard it’s coming out of my heart. I cry when I’m excited. I cry when I’m too sad. I cry when I see someone being nice to someone else. I cry at cute things and heart touching things. I cry because my thoughts are overwhelming. I cry when I receive messages in meditation. I cry when others cry. I cry when I’m loving so hard my heart is coming out of my eyeballs and my heart may bursts. I cry. And I’m a strong woman.

A Course in Miracles says: the meek shall inherit the earth” . Those who are vulnerable and want to know real feels love will inherit the earth. This is our true power that every one holds within themselves. This is our birth right. You can cry and do anything
