It’s time to Purge!

Do you feel it?
At the grocery store you’re noticing that everything there isn’t actually “all healthy”. You’re noticing whole sections that you don’t even need to go down the aisle anymore because it’s not made for you 
You can now see it in restaurants 
You are also starting to see things that other aren’t 
Toxic people. Advertising targeted to take advantage of your mind and your choices. Ways that people, places And things may also not be as pure as you thought 
This process is liberating
And is part of the purging 
You may want to sell items in your house you haven’t used in a year Or do a clothing swap or sell/donate old clothes and get new ones. All the books and items you have sitting around- sell or donate.

Clean out your car.

Your wallet.

Your life!!!
Purge what you don’t need 
You are becoming and feeling brand new 
You’re  really becoming new because you haven’t been more your Self before as you are right now 
You’ll also notice your brain wanting to protect you With thoughts and ideas to “protect” such as “I feel amazing let’s go back to eating sugar aka self sabotage” or “you feel so good but watch out that won’t last long”
You may be finding a way to feel good again 
So it’s up to you to change the belief and continue with the new way of living 
“It’s good to feel good AND it’s OK to feel good”!
