I LOVE making this recipe as a vegan/vegetarian option at gatherings instead of meat. It is also perfect paired as a side dish to any main course !

- 2 tbsp Tamari
- Stevia
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Chopped Green Onion
- Olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt,
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tbs of fresh, chopped parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- small chopped tomatoes and peppers
Feel free to get really creative with your ingredients. i sometimes add nutritional yeast, maple syrup, bruschetta, hummus, avocado or guac, tahini, etc.
Create:
- Wash and Remove extra stems
- Steam cauliflower in pot for 15 minutes
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees
- Take of out the oven and add half the sauce and bake for 15 mins (your sauce is all your ingredientd mixed together)
- Take out of the oven and add the rest of the sauce
- Bake for another 15 minutes
