Hi Juliane,
I have never done yoga and I live a seriously sedentary life. I am 5’9″ tall and weigh around 240lbs. 🙁 I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, ADD, depression and anxiety. The past 2 years have been extra hard. Do you think your program could help someone like me? I am not fit whatsoever and have problems with my knees which I assume is from the weight.

I just got your message and I totally feel this program will be perfect for you
There’s yin yoga in here which is all seated or lying down poses and they’re about 1-4 mins for each pose which means you can hold the pose for the suggested time or let go an find a neutral pose at anytime
There are always suggestions and varieties given for poses too so you can find what feels best for you
There’s yoga nidra which is the most relaxing and my favourite !! You literally lay down and close your eyes and you may or may not go in and out of sleep which is awesome
There are some flow videos and those are slow flow so again you adjust the pace to suit you and where you have access to all the videos for the whole month you can break the videos up for example if it’s a 40 mins class you can do 10 then pause and come back to do 15 mins etc
There’s also videos like sound healing again where you’d sit or lay down to relax and listen and the couching videos are all education and then ways to implement in your own life
